Grade 10 Global Perspectives students at MET Rishikul Vidyalaya organised an awareness session on ‘Mental Health in the Digital Age’ for Grades VIII, AS and A Levels. The session was led by Dr. Avinash De Sousa, noted psychiatrist and mental health expert.
Dr. De Sousa shared insights on the challenges and opportunities the digital era brings for young minds, highlighting the importance of mindful technology use, emotional well-being, and practical strategies to maintain balance in daily life.
