On 9th August 2024, MET Rishikul Vidyalaya organised a Field Trip for Grade 9 students to the Colaba Sewage Treatment Plant. It was an interdisciplinary activity involving Biology, Business Studies and English. Special Guides took groups of students on a tour of the facility explaining all the different processes through which the sewage water was purified and treated so that it could be made effective enough to be used for car washes, watering gardens and other purposes. The students were greatly enlightened and came back enriched with information from the field trip.
